Frederick Brewery & Pizzeria

Our original location opened early 2012 in Frederick, Colorado. This location is also a brewpub specializing in multiple styles of pizza. Our menu consists of Detroit Style pizza, Cracker Thin Style pizza, Classic Italian Style pizza as well as appetizers, salads, grilled sandwiches, guest wine and cider. We offer gluten free pizza crusts in both Detroit and Classic Italian styles.

Twin brothers Dennis and Daniel Richards are the founders of Echo Brewing. The name came about because as twins they tend to "echo". Together as owner operators they strive to bring excellent craft beer, craft pizza and excellent service to their customers. Dennis is the head brewer and a Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli certified Pizziaolo (Pizza Chef). He has trained with 12 time World Pizza Champion Tony Gemignani. Daniel is equally passionate about creating great pizza and craft beer. He is also the owner operator of Colorado Boy Pub & Brewery in Ridgway, Colorado. Daniel and Dennis invite you to come join them in their warm and inviting 60 seat tap room or have a seat on the patio with an excellent view of the Rocky Mountains!
