Erie Brewpub & Pizzeria

Echo Brewing Erie opened its doors in October 2014. We have been fortunate to be part of the revitalization of historic downtown Erie by transforming a fire station into a brewery and restaurant and providing a unique gathering place for the local community.

Since its inception, owner-operators Shannon Dukes, Katy Dukes and Melissa Richards, have worked together to continue the tradition started in Echo’s Frederick location by offering “one fine beer after another” as well as delicious artisan pizzas, fresh salads and desserts. Katy runs the day to day operations and can be seen making your favorite pizza or pouring a tasty brew. Shannon has expanded on the Echo Brewing lineup by adding several new beers, including barrel aged offerings. He brews the beer, but also helps out in the kitchen. And though Melissa works mostly behind the scenes in the legal and human resources department, she often comes in to help work the kitchen or tend bar.

Katy, Melissa and Shannon have worked to create a welcoming environment for you and your family at Echo Brewing Erie and couldn't have done it without you, our guests. We sincerely appreciate the support of the community and our staff who have helped Echo Brewing Erie become a permanent fixture in historic downtown and the Colorado craft beer scene.
